All the Heads of the Schools are hereby directed to submit the utilization certificate & acquittance copies in connection with PRE-METRIC SCHOLARSHIP 2012 - 13 on or before 10.01.2015 itself.

 

NB: Those schools which are not submitted the Utilization Certificate in connection with PRE-METRIC SCHOLARSHIP 2013 - 14 Should have to submit the same TODAY (31.12.2014) itself.
ANY LAXITY IN THIS MATTERS WILL BE TREATED SERIOUSLY & MAY BE REPORTED TO DPI.

ALL SCHOOLS ARE HEREBY DIRECTED TO CONDUCT ONE TIME REGISTRATION  FOR INSPIRE AWARD ON THE WEBSITE (www.inspireawards-dst.gov.in) ON OR BEFORE 22.12.2014 .

THOSE WHO CONDUCT ONE TIME REGISTRATION MUST NOMINATE THE STUDENTS FOR INSPIRE AWARD SCHEME AND REPORT TO THE DEO OFFICE AFTER COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION .DIRECTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION ARE GIVEN IN E-MANAGEMENT OF INSPIRE AWARD SCHEME USER MANUAL FOR SCHOOL AUTHORITY (PAGE NO. 31 ONWARD). THOSE WHO DIDN'T GET THE USER MANUAL MUST COLLECT IT FROM THE DDE , TVPM.

This is to be inform you that the Question Paper Distribution for Std:IX and Std:X which was scheduled to be conducted on 08.12.2014(Monday) is being postponed to 09.12.2014 (Tuesday). 

All Schools must collect the Question Papers only on 09.12.2014 (Tuesday) itself.

*All Aided Schools must bring the Treasury Bill Book for Expenditure Reconciliation  to this office*
